 Improve wellbeing of your child by addressing identified barriers  

We can address our shyness by think about our own strengths and achievements and give self motivation. As an example, I was good swimmer in my childhood with good practicing, so why I unable to exercise daily for loosing my weight. We can improve knowledge related to improving well being and advantages of it while listening discussions of specialists on that field. We can watch videos to learn simple tips to improve our wellbeing and see important of taking actions to improve wellbeing. We can listening to successful stories related to improving wellbeing for going self motivation too. We can address lack of self confidence by recognizing what we are good at. We're all good at something, whether it's cooking, singing, doing puzzles or being a friend. We also tend to enjoy doing the things we're good at, which can help boost our mood. If we tend to bring us down, we can try to spend less time with them, or tell them how we feel about their words or actions while improving our confidence to improve own well being. We can try to build relationships with people who are positive and who appreciate us.

We can address frequent illness which can be barrier to improve own wellbeing by taking a proper sleep, eating balanced diet, exposing our body to sunlight , dealing with stress, being social and find and practice new hobbies.
